Jessica manages a high-performing, cohesive team of home office operations and field office staff. She oversees project operations, logistics, procurement, contracts, finances, and human resources. She has been with IDG since 2015, starting as a Senior Manager. Previously, she was a Project Manager for The Partnership for Supply Chain Management (PFSCM) where she managed the technical, programmatic, monitoring and evaluation, and financial aspects of PFSCM projects. Jessica led the Regional Supply Chain Strengthening (RSCS) Project in Myanmar and managed country offices on the USAID Supply Chain Management System (SCMS) Project. Before working directly with PFSCM, she managed a portfolio of health projects for Crown Agents with a focus on supply chain and logistics.
Jessica has a MA in International Development from American University and a BBA in International Business from Oklahoma Baptist University. When not planning IDG social events or developing cost proposals, Jessica enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband, friends, and family.
