Dear Prospective Offerors,
International Development Group, LLC (IDG) is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to provide technical services to the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Economic Development, Governance, and Enterprise Growth (EDGE) Project.
This procurement will be conducted through a full and open competition process under which any type of organization is eligible to compete. IDG anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price with a period of performance of five months from the date of award as a result of this solicitation. Competition under this procurement will be limited to organizations from the Western Balkans Six (WB6) countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Serbia, North Macedonia, and Montenegro).
Interested bidders can download the full Request for Proposals and the Proposal Budget Template. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than 16:00h Central European Standard Time (CET) on December 22, 2023. All proposals, consisting of the documentation required, must be submitted no later than 16:00h CET on December 29 2023. All questions and proposals must be submitted electronically to procurement@internationaldevelopmentgroup.com with the following subject line reference: [Questions/Proposal] – USAID EDGE – Facilitate Development of Food Security Strategies for Western Balkans Six (WB6) Countries.
Documents received after the deadline will not be considered. This solicitation in no way obligates EDGE to award a contract nor commit to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of a proposal.
